This page will be a work in progress and is basically here to highlight Pubs and other places that serve Real Ales and or good food , that you can have some assurance that you're not sitting down to a huge amount of either excitotoxins, chemical sterilants or GMOs. If you have such a place and would like a free mention , even if you're a chip shop that cooks in dripping rather than genetically modified soyabean oil( to my horror I have found out many places are using GMO cooking oil and do not feel the need to mention that to you ) please feel free to email or phone and I will put up a link.
Around the world there are still fine places to eat and drink without breaking your bank balance and the only way they are going to continue to exist is by the support and custom of an appreciative and discerning public.
